Operating Systems

The Development Kits are supplied with Linux.

Note that the OS is only normally pre-installed in the TRITON Flash memory when a Development Kit is supplied. When modules only are ordered, the OS is not pre-installed unless ordered as an option.

RedBoot

Modules are always supplied with pre-installed Redboot firmware. Redboot supports several low-level-debugging options and file download via serial XModem or FTP via ethernet. These files can additionally be stored into the permanent flash-memory to be started by command or power-on.
