Strategic Test was established in the UK during 1994. The company opened a subsidiary in Sweden in 1999 and decided to make this the head office during 2000. In 2004 we celebrated our 10th anniversary and the opening of our USA subsidiary, Strategic Test Corporation which is located in the Boston area.
The company remains privately held by the original owners and has enjoyed constant organic growth during the past 15 years.
The company originally focused on supplying best of class Test and Measurement products, many of which we established as market leaders within the UK and Sweden.
While we continue to supply T&M products worldwide (www.strategic-test.com), in 2002 we created the Embedded Systems division and are known within this market as a world-leading specialist supplier of low-power embedded single board computing based on the Marvell XScale PXA320, PXA270 and PXA255 processors:
